I can't find the eBook or Audiobook I just purchased.

Your digital items will be sent via Bookfunnel, so be sure to check your spam or promotions folder for an email from them, not T.K. Leigh. If you're still having trouble locating it, visit https://purchase.bookfunnel.com/tklcheckout to access your purchases within 14 days.

 

How long do I have access to my digital purchases?

Forever! However, the download links will expire 14 days after purchase, so be sure to download and transfer the files onto your device prior. If 14 days as passed, let us know here or send an email to tk@tkleighauthor.com with your order number and a new set of download codes can be generated.

 

I'm having trouble transferring my files to my device.

Please reach out to Bookfunnel support. (They are the service used for delivery of digital files.) You can find the direct link at the top of the download page or email them directly here> help@bookfunnel.com.

 

What is your return policy?

For digital items, no refunds are given. Contact help@bookfunnel.com for technical issues. For duplicate digital purchases made with the same email address, email tk@tkleighauthor.com with your order numbers. Signed paperbacks/hardcovers are non-returnable, damaged items can be exchanged.

 

How long until I receive my physical items?

Signed books (paperbacks and hardcovers) are signed and shippied within 5 business days of your order. Business days exclude Saturdays and Sundays, as well as all holidays.
